Due to the digital nature of our products and instant delivery, we operate under a strict no-refund policy. Please read all product descriptions carefully and verify compatibility before making a purchase.

No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once a purchase is completed and access credentials have been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations do NOT qualify for refunds:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to read or understand product descriptions
  • Incompatibility with your executor, system, or software
  • Account bans, suspensions, or penalties on third-party platforms
  • Dissatisfaction with product features or performance
  • Accidental or duplicate purchases
  • Technical issues on your end (internet, computer, etc.)
  • Changes to third-party platforms affecting functionality
  • Failure to check executor compatibility before purchase
  • Any other reason not explicitly covered as an exception

Your Responsibilities

Before making any purchase, it is YOUR responsibility to:

  • Read the complete product description
  • Check the Executors page for compatibility
  • Understand what you are purchasing
  • Review the Features page for included features
  • Ensure you have the correct payment method
  • Verify the subscription duration meets your needs

Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of following our policies will result in immediate and permanent ban from all Void Hub services. We maintain detailed transaction records and will contest all chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities and collection agencies.

Service Issues

If you experience technical issues with our service, please contact our support team through our contact page or Discord. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues, but this does not guarantee a refund. Service interruptions, updates, or changes do not entitle you to a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

In extremely rare cases, we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion. These decisions are final and non-negotiable. Having a previous exception granted does not entitle you to future exceptions. We reserve the right to deny any request without explanation.
